Information & Registration for Performers & Workshops
Please take a moment to read through this - it could answer some of your questions!
Dressing Room:
The dressing room is adjacent to the stage (there is even a stage door in the dressing room for your dramatic entrance!) There is plenty of space in the dressing room, although you are responsible for your own things when left in the dressing room. There is running water & there will be mirrors as well.
Music:
Please have your song on a CD. It must be turned in to the Performers sign in table an hour before you perform along with your bio.
Please have your name on your CD so we can return it to you at the Shakedown.
Check in:
Please check in at the perfomers check in table backstage an hour before you perform with music and performer Bio filled out.
Video Policy:
All performers will be required to sign a loss and injury release and will be videotaped for the Shakedown/Meltdown archives (not for public use). An additional release will be available for those willing to release their performance for the promotion and support of the Shakedown/Meltdown, but is not required as a condition of participation in the Shakedown/Meltdown. NO OTHER VIDEOTAPING IS ALLOWED.
Entrance Times:
Friday: 4:30 pm Vendor set up
7 -11 pm Pot Luck Hafla!
Saturday: 8:30 am workshop participants and vendors
6:00 pm general public
Cancelling your performance spot? PLEASE let us know immediately, so we can schedule someone else.
The live performance begins at 6:30 pm on Saturday night. Sign ups are on a first come, first served basis, but cancellations and time shifts are not unusual, so don't hesitate to request a spot up to the time of the event. At the time of the event you will be required to sign a liability release.
